Admission
- Admissions open for the academic year 2025 – 26 beginning Tuesday, 12th October, 2024 [Grade I-VIII]
- If you wish to proceed with the admission procedure fill the attached admission form & submit it along with the following documents at our School office.
- Original Birth Certificate of the child (Grade I only) transfer certificate/school leaving certificate counter signed by district education department/CBSE Board for Grade ll-VIII.
- One certified photo copy of the school report of the previous year ( wherever applicable ) for record purpose only. [Kindly carry original Report card for verification]
- 2 photographs of the child and one each of Parents with name of the child & Application Form No. written behind the photograph.
- Address proof (Either latest Telephone Bill, latest Electricity Bill, Maintenance Bill, Aadhar Card, Passport).
- If adopted, attach relevant document/ gazette/gazetted without documents.
- Community Certificate (If applicable).
- Copy of UID No. (Aadhar No. ) is mandatory.
- Office Timing : 8.00am to 4.00pm (Monday to Saturday).
- Kindly ensure that the Application for Admission is complete in all respect so as to facilitate the admission process.
- Admissions will be confirmed only on receipt of required documents and fees. (NEFT / One Demand Draft / Credit Card / Debit Card & 3 post dated cheques of 3 quarters)

- If the payment made after the due date, late payment charges of ` 500/- per month will be applicable.
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
- Age Eligibility criteria for admission to Arya Gurukul is detailed in the table given below for the academic year 2020-2021.

- Seat Availability: Admission will be open to all, strictly on first come first serve basis. If seats are not available, the application will be placed on a WAIT LIST on First Come First Serve Basis and you will be notified as soon as a seat is available.
- Sports and Performing Arts: To impart holistic education to the children, the school provides various co-curricular activities, sports, indoor & outdoor games and competitions which covers both scholastic and co-scholastic areas.
- Attendance of your ward is mandatory on all the reopening days, events and programmes.
- Uniform: School Uniform, Sports uniform and Sweater will be displayed on the notice board.
- Students to be present in full school uniform on the re-opening day.
- Monsoon footwear (Jun-Sep) : Plain black floater
- Footwear (1st Oct onwards) : Black sports shoes – As recommended by the school
- Regular days (girls) : School Uniform +black sports shoes+regular white socks, white ribbons, hair band.
- Regular days (boys) : School uniform + black sports shoes + regular white socks.
- Sports days: (boys & girls) : Sports uniform + black sports shoes + white sports socks.
- Books: The list of books will be handed over to parents.
- Fees:
- Full year payment of fees at once and other dues can be paid through DD/NEFT/Debit and Credit Card in the school A/c in the name
of “Arya Gurukul Ambernath” - Fees are not accepted in cash. The first instalment should be paid by Demand Draft/NEFT/Credit Card/Debit Card and the remaining
may be by post dated cheques payable as per dates given. - Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cheques or Demand Draft should be Drawn in favour of “Arya Gurukul Ambernath”.
- Full year payment of fees at once and other dues can be paid through DD/NEFT/Debit and Credit Card in the school A/c in the name
- NB: If the cheque is dishonored bank charges ` 500/- will be charged separately.

Note:
1) Grade I parents should report for the Orientation program on Saturday, 27th June, 2020 at 9 am.
2) Grade II onwards new students along with their parents should report for the Orientation program on Sat, 27th June, 2020 at 11.30 am.
